These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Union app, website, and related services (“Services”). By using Union, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
§ 01Using Union
Union is designed to support reflection, prayer, journaling, and personal growth.
You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully, and not to misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Union.
§ 02Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for any activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
§ 03Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create within Union, including journal entries, reflections, notes, and other personal content.
By using the Services, you grant us permission to store and process your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving Union.
We do not claim ownership over your personal content.
§ 04Availability
We aim to keep Union available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
Features may change, improve, or be removed over time as the product evolves.
§ 05Privacy
Your use of Union is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use information.
§ 06Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Union for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Services
- Upload harmful, abusive, or malicious content
- Reverse engineer or copy the Services without permission
§ 07Disclaimer
Union is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding:
- Continuous availability
- Accuracy of generated content
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Union is intended for informational and personal use only and is not medical, mental health, legal, or professional advice.
§ 08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Union and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
§ 09Termination
You may stop using Union at any time.
You may also delete your account at any time within the app by going to
Settings → Delete Account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are violated.
§ 10Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
