At Union, we care about your privacy and aim to keep data collection simple, transparent, and minimal. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices when using the Union app and related services.
§ 01Information we collect

Content you create
If you use journaling, prayer, reflections, notes, or other personal features within Union, the content you create may be stored securely to provide the service to you.
Religious content & special-category data
Some of what you share with Union — your check-ins and your journal entries, including any voice journal you record — can reveal your religious beliefs. Under UK GDPR (Article 9), that is special-category personal data, and we treat it with particular care.
We process this content only to provide the service to you: matching prayers and verses to the moment, and keeping your own reflections for you to return to. We do this on the basis of your explicit consent. We never sell it, and we never share it with other people or with third parties for their own purposes. When you delete your account, this content is deleted along with it, straight away and without a grace period.
