  1. I didn't receive my login email.

    Check your spam or junk folder first. If it still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, try requesting a new login link from the app.

  2. How do I delete my account?

    Sign into the app, head to Settings, and tap Delete Account.

  3. Is my journal or prayer data private?

    Yes — your personal content is intended to remain private to your account.

  4. The app isn't working properly.

    Sorry about that. When you write to us, please include the following — it helps us resolve problems faster:

    • Your device type
    • iOS version
    • App version
    • A short description of the issue
